An alert device that protects senior citizens

In 2015, the Dubai Community Development Authority adopted a technology developed by the General Department for Smart Services in Dubai Police, which provides a rapid response to any expected danger that may threaten the life or security of senior citizens.

The technology provides quality alarms that can be controlled remotely with buttons attached to a tape that an elderly person places on his wrist, or on the wall of the room, so that he can quickly press the desired button immediately upon detecting any danger. The use of the device aims to enhance the level of protection of senior citizens from various dangers, while they are at home on their own.
