The Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, Hamid Muhammad Al Qatami, stated that between 80% and 85% of those infected with Corona virus in Dubai are between simple and medium, indicating that the symptoms and the period required for recovery depend on the health condition of each patient and the strength of the immune system.
Al-Qatami said during a press conference held remotely, today, to reveal the most important developments related to the Corona virus in the Emirate of Dubai, via Dubai TV, that the period the patient needs to recover ranges between a week and 30 days, depending on the patient's response.
He emphasized that the authority had taken measures that would increase the capacity of hospitals and health centers, as a precaution, in anticipation of any increase in the number of casualties, in addition to allocating buildings for isolation and quarantine with international specifications.
