Here's how to submit your video.

• Shoot yourself and your everyday life in a 1-2 minute clip.
  
• Preferably film in portrait format and remember to film both yourself and what's happening around you.
  
• Email your video to dinvardag@svt.se.
  
• For larger files, you can use the Wetransfer service. Click this link on your mobile or computer, follow the instructions to upload your files and then send the link to dinvardag@svt.se.
  
• You can also share your video on social media and tag @svtnyheter to send your video to us.
  
• Enter your name, telephone number and a short explanatory text when submitting the material. We may want to call to find out more.

Remember that you who are filming are responsible for informing people who appear in the video that you intend to send it to SVT, so it is okay for them.

When you send images, you grant them a non-exclusive right for SVT to freely use the image in SVT's operations and to produce copies of images. Here you can read more about our image conditions.
