Yesterday, the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority launched the initiative to deliver medicines to patients in various regions of the emirate, in cooperation with the Ras Al Khaimah Medical District and Saqr Governmental Hospital, and provided a number of vehicles that operate daily to serve patients from one o'clock in the afternoon until nine in the evening.

“The initiative aims to facilitate the process of obtaining health services for patients, in order to make them happy and spare them the hardship of going to the hospital, in addition to relieving the pressure on the medical staff, and avoiding the process of mixing with others and in support of the first line of defense,” said the Authority’s Director General, Ismail Hassan Al Balushi. ».

He added, "The initiative was launched in cooperation with various institutions, to support the health sector in the emirate."
