The media center for Operation Berkane Fury said that the Libyan Air Force of the Al-Wefaq government targeted a fuel tanker who was on its way to supply the forces of retired Major General Khalifa Haftar at the Dinar Gate at the entrance to Bani Walid, north of the capital, Tripoli.

And local media published on social media, a video clip showing the escalation of flames from the fuel tanker as a result of being targeted by Al-Wefaq forces.

The Libyan army spokesman, Muhammad Qanunu, had said that a plane belonging to the National Accord Government had bombed a military cargo plane carrying consignments of ammunition to supply Haftar forces, as soon as it reached a landing in the city of Tarhuna, southeast of the capital, Tripoli.

In another context, a military source in the Al-Wefaq government forces said that the forces of retired Major General Khalifa Hifter launched an attack on the observatories of the Al-Wefaq government forces in the Sidra and Salahuddin hubs using Emirati armored vehicles.

The military source confirmed the destruction of two armored vehicles and forcing the attackers to retreat, adding that Al-Wefaq forces launched a counter-attack in the axes of the Wadi Al-Rabeeh and Al-Hadba project, making relatively progress in them.
