At the union council municipal, you receive questions from worried staff.

- What we can do is to ensure that the employer does its part and meets what the staff need. Our safety representatives are out in the workplaces to ensure staff safety.

"We fight"

At present, they have not received any indications of shortcomings in security work.

- We know there are risks. We really want to fight to keep the infection away and at the same time provide the best possible care, says Arnold Lennartsson, medically responsible nurse at Alvesta municipality.

Do you have the resources you need?

- Yeah, we're working on it. When it comes to protective equipment, there is a constant work on developing protective equipment. One problem is that everyone should stay at home with symptoms, we may have 20-30 percent absence. A lot of work is being done to fill those gaps, he says.
