The transcript of the prime minister’s speech is published on the Cabinet’s website.

He recalled that the president signed a package of federal laws in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection.

“Now the government should prepare and adopt by-laws as quickly as possible, which will allow these laws to work in full force,” Mishustin said.

He noted that documents will be needed covering a wide variety of areas.

The prime minister emphasized that “it is impossible to delay the preparation of these documents.”

“I have already instructed to develop all by-laws in one day, and approve them by the end of the week,” the head of the cabinet said.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Cabinet is preparing new measures to support the economy in accordance with forecasts for the development of the situation.
