Hala Al-Khatib - Beirut

Like all people, artists adhered to the home stone to prevent the spread of the new Corona virus (Covid-19), but their messages spread through social media and satellite channels, singing the virus educationally or curiously, either on song tunes for them or others, or with special and new tunes.

Our Situation Status
Tania Saleh recently wrote and composed a song entitled "Our condition is a state" without mentioning the word Corona, in which it mixes the economic and health situation together, to say "Our situation is beautiful, our case is a state, we started to smell the air, Tari Hana, it became very expensive, mountainous, essentials, Zkali Halmiyat, forget about fines, sweet. " It means that the situation is difficult, the road is expensive, and it is better to buy the necessary things and forget about the love.

Shu Confused
The artist Saad Ramadan sang from his home his famous song "Shu Maqsid" in a different way, describing the status of the home stone, and pointed out the importance of not leaving the houses, and the need for sterilization, saying, "Shu, you are locked, and I am Shuhr, people taught us how to be careful ...".

Corona blended with politics
Syrian engineer Ramiz Jabr, who lives in Kuwait and was known on the Superstar program, sings, writes and composes, and has a number of special songs whose topics range from romance to social issues of man purposefully or sarcastic.

Ramiz says to Al Jazeera Net that the extensive media coverage about the Corona virus, and the news surrounding him about its origin is a virus or gas, and the exchange of accusations between countries, false translations and media armies, made him write a song to say simply, the governments of the world protect your people, especially as some Countries have not taken proper care of their people, regardless of whether the virus is natural, manufactured, or developed.

Ramez Jaber wrote and composed a song that says, "What is enough for us? What happened with us, what we lacked, but Corona?" (Al-Jazeera)

We’re missing the Corona.
Ramez felt anger towards media interaction, vague information and intimidation rather than prevention and attention, so he wrote what it means in addition to all of our problems you are still playing with us, and now that Corona has come, leave us to live a healthy life and not play with our souls.

And he says in it: "Come, let us, and buy us, fish in the water, and God has sold us. What is enough for us, what happened to us, who lacked us but Corona ..."

Arab hit tune and global hit topic
Bilal Naqouzi, a Lebanese, works in the field of creativity in social media, presents funny programs, and has presented a number of programs via radio.

He says that his song originated spontaneously before Corona arrived in Lebanon, and that he was in a café and asked the waiter for a piece of paper and a pen, and began writing a thinker with the popular Egyptian melody of the song “The Girl of the Neighbors”, and a popular topic globally is Corona, and he entered the political dimension in it, wishing the corrupt to leave, because he Supports the war against corruption and revolution against the corrupt without exception.

Bilal called a friend, a music distributor, and filmed the clip on the phone. Bilal usually composes and writes advertisements and birthday songs for restaurants. None of it is widespread, because it is within a confined framework, unlike its widespread song Corona.

Bilal wanted to communicate the pain of the painful people in an artistic way, and the people adopted his song in his opinion because it talks about what they want in the phrase "Corona, keep reminding us, but what is left of you visit us, visit the politicians."

Bilal says despite his feeling that the song that did not cost him a penny "will hit" (that is, it spreads), it did not occur to him that on the second day, satellite TV and websites will be widely spoken, as he tells Al Jazeera Net.

He adds that he received more than 70,000 videos that challenge many nationalities, and on YouTube he recorded more than three million views, and the song spread to more than 40 countries, and people adopted it because they were "caravans" and angry at the politicians.

Ali Al-Akhras wrote three songs about Corona on popular traditional tunes (Al-Jazeera).

Corona on heritage tunes
Ali Al-Akhras is a poet and composer, and he addresses every important circumstance in the country or abroad, and writes to him. He says that his song about Corona carries an educational message in a comical way to enter the heart quickly.

The song says on the tune of "Al-Dala'una": By God, I have forgotten my old brothers and uncles, and my mother has included her by wearing a muzzle.

He wanted to advise people not to visit relatives and contact people because all people were suspected of being infected. He also wanted to say: Build a house stone, but in a funny way and people love it.

His song has become one of the most widely circulated songs in the Arab world, and it has taken a large part of the spread on the media and social media, as Ali says, and the spread was not limited to the video he just photographed, but also included another clip of the medical staff dancing the song in a hospital, even Some famous singers and actors have put it on their account.

Words and idea for him, and his friend Rami Suleika participated in the singing. Ali says that he chose traditional melodies from “Al-Hawara”, “Al-Dalauna” and “Hegalo” (a Jordanian-Lebanese-Syrian word, meaning that they said) because these happy and well-known melodies reduce the depression of the people who are quarantined in their homes.
