US President Donald Trump ordered Wednesday to "double" the number of military personnel in Latin America to fight drug trafficking in the eastern Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean, including Venezuela .

At a press conference, Trump announced the military operation that has already begun and that has the support of 22 other nations .
