The four-year-old was killed by his mother - so the social leader responds to the IVO criticism

The Social Committee in Halmstad receives sharp criticism from the Inspection for Care and Care regarding the case of a mother who killed her four-year-old. In its criticism of the Social Committee in Halmstad, IVO writes that it cannot be ruled out that the inadequate investigation may have had a major impact on the security of the now deceased four-year-old.

This is also not the first time that the Social Committee in Halmstad has received similar criticism in cases involving vulnerable children.

In four previous cases, IVO has pointed out quality deficiencies in investigations and assessments of reports of concern regarding children.
