The municipality of Dibba Al-Fujairah closed a food commodity facility after it raised its prices in an exaggerated manner, so the municipality took the closing procedure for not adhering to the conditions, and the municipality received several complaints that the establishment took advantage of the current conditions and raised the prices.
The municipality confirmed taking immediate measures towards violators and manipulators in the markets, in implementation of the Consumer Protection Law.
It appealed to the public to report immediately any violations or price rises in the various outlets by calling the emergency office number (092443399), which works around the clock, to take legal measures towards violators.
