She noted that several people in contact with him also identified COVID-2019.
“The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided,” the spokeswoman added.
Earlier, investigators opened a case against a man who escaped from an observatory in a sanatorium in St. Petersburg, where he was quarantined after returning from abroad.
