The Department of Economic Development in Sharjah closed eight pharmacies, and four pharmacies were violated, and another nine were alerted, after complaints were received by consumers to raise the prices of goods, especially those related to masks, sterilizers, and hand covers (gloves), where deterrent measures were taken, according to the laws in force.
The department confirmed that it is taking all necessary measures to counter the exploitation of some of the merchants and commercial sales centers to the current conditions, noting that the commercial control teams are ready to monitor these cases and abuses, and it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to end the violators and the violators.
