Authorities spoke about the right of residents to enter and leave Moscow

“At the same time, the home regime does not limit the right of citizens to come to the city or leave Moscow,” RIA Novosti quotes the message.

It is clarified that we are talking about the fact that you can not move around Moscow without good reason.

The Telegram channel of the Coronavirus Operational Headquarters specifies that special permits are not required to travel around the city before the publication of a separate act of the Moscow government.

The report also says that in the coming days in Moscow it will be possible to go out only with a special pass issued in the manner established by the authorities of the capital.
