As more and more people are infected by the corona virus, the pressure on health care has only increased, and not least in the intensive care units. A strong increase in the need for staff has led to quick training, where doctors and nurses will learn the most important thing in just a few days in order to take on a new role.
- It's a little difficult to understand how it should work, but we're in a disaster situation so we have to make sure it works. But I don't feel completely safe, it feels hard, says Christina Hedbom Pavloviita, who leads one of the nursing shortcuts.
