The alarm came to the rescue service at 22.19 on Saturday evening. One person then called himself and alerted that it was burning in the apartment in central Norrköping - and that it was not possible to get out of there.
The fire had started in a duvet in the bed and then spread. When the emergency service arrived, the apartment was smoky and the person was found sitting on the floor.
- We found the person when we went in with a diver. We have handed that over to the healthcare system now, says Stefan Hagdahl, internal commander at the rescue service.
It is unclear whether the person is seriously injured or not. The fire was quickly extinguished by the rescue service.
