It is reported that in order to ensure the epidemic prevention and control work, Hubei Province has set up a total of 1501 traffic control checkpoints, of which 51 in Wuhan and 1450 in other cities and prefectures. From the perspective of road categories, there are 355 expressway bayonet and national and provincial highway bayonet. On March 24, the Hubei Provincial New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued a notice. Starting at 00:00 on March 25, areas outside Wuhan were deregulated from the Hubei channel and orderly resumed external traffic.
After the notice was issued, with the exception of Wuhan City, all bayonets were removed in two days. From April 8th, Wuhan will completely lift the traffic control between Li and Han and Hubei, and all remaining bayonet gates will be removed on the same day.
