The IVO stated that the Social Committee should have initiated a so-called LVM investigation (Act on the Treatment of Addicts) and decided on a medical examination, which was not done.
This week, the authority's criticism of the incident was discussed by the policy in Vilhelmina, when the Social Committee's working committee met.
