The Ministry excluded 11 occupational sectors from the decision to reduce the workforce by 30%, most notably: the food, health, energy, and education sectors, while the employers were obliged to implement five preventive measures inside the facilities, and identified seven job obligations for the employees who come from homes.

The guide obligated private sector employers to implement five preventive and precautionary measures to protect their workers and employees, whose work requires the presence at the workplace or workers housing, from any risks or possibility of contracting the virus (Covid-19), known as the New Corona, that includes the necessity of providing the facility Checkpoints at its entrances, where temperature measurements are taken, and the symptoms of the virus are asked on a daily basis, then care is taken to perform temperature measurements in two mornings before departure to the workplace, and evening after returning from it, and to exempt suspected cases from leaving for work or entering To housing, With referring them to health facilities to take the necessary measures, in addition to specifying sufficient distances between the customers, and finally sterilizing the devices and facilities on an ongoing basis.

According to the guide, the number of workers within each establishment will be reduced to the minimum necessary for the conduct of the work, so that the percentage of workers whose work requires being in the workplace does not exceed 30% of the total number of employees in one establishment, in parallel with the implementation of the remote work system, Workers whose job duties do not require a workplace.
