The Sharjah Criminal Court sentenced two persons of Asian nationality to six months imprisonment and deportation from the state after the end of their sentence, in addition to the first flogging for the charge of drinking alcohol, and the second imprisonment for drinking alcohol, after their conviction was proven guilty of kidnapping and stealing another of their nationality after being beaten and taken For one of the regions at night.
The details of the incident are returned when a report was received stating that an Asian national was kidnapped, taken to a place in one of the regions in Sharjah at night, beaten and stolen, and then released. Accordingly, the security teams moved to the site of the incident, and by investigation and collection of evidence, the suspects were reached and seized, and by investigation they confessed in the investigation record By assaulting the victim, and accordingly they were referred to the judiciary for trial.
The court had faced those convicted in previous sessions with the charges against them, and they denied it.
