Today, Sunday, the Palestinian government ordered residents of the occupied West Bank to stay in their homes for 14 days as part of a new set of strict precautions as a precaution to counter the spread of the Corona virus.

Prime Minister Muhammad Ashtiyeh announced the decision on television and said, "It is forbidden for all citizens to leave their homes in accordance with the obligatory stone, as of ten o'clock in the evening ... and excluded from this decision health facilities and their workers, provided that he shows his ID, pharmacies, bakeries and groceries" .

The Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) quoted Ashtiyeh as saying that the measures include permanently preventing the movement between the governorates, and preventing the residents of villages and camps from reaching the city centers, except for sick and urgent cases.

The Palestinian Prime Minister also decided to "put all those coming from abroad under compulsory detention for a period of 14 days in the quarantine centers, each in his province."

He said that banks are operating at a state of emergency that their employees show their job cards.

"The workers' access to the colonies is strictly forbidden," the prime minister said. He called on Israel to provide humanitarian conditions for workers who stay at work. He also held her responsible, and demanded the immediate release of them, especially patients, children and women.
