The General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah issued a circular to all government agencies in Ras Al Khaimah on precautionary measures in providing government services, in line with the measures taken by the state to contain the spread of the "Corona" virus.
The Director General of the Human Resources Department in the Government of Ras Al-Khaimah, Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Latif, told "Emirates Today" that he authorized the heads and managers of government departments in Ras Al-Khaimah to issue the necessary decisions to work "remotely", and that the decision contained in the Executive Council for everything related to completing transactions and providing services to customers "On the remote", as for domestic work, it is subject to the controls mentioned in the circular of the Human Resources Department.
He added that all available electronic and smart services are activated to provide government services to customers in accordance with the highest levels of quality and effectiveness and not to accept any service requests otherwise, and he pointed out that the number of auditors to service centers should be reduced and innovation of alternative means for non-automated services in a manner that reduces opportunities for direct public interaction Intense and unnecessary presence.
He pointed out that all health measures must be taken in the service delivery centers according to the instructions issued in this regard, informing the customers of any procedures and steps that will be adopted in this regard through media channels, in addition to developing and updating a business continuity plan in the light of the guidelines for the National Emergency Management Authority And crises and disasters.
