The Sharjah Criminal Court heard witnesses' statements in the murder case in which an Asian accused, on charges of stabbing another twice with the knife, following a fight between them after their dispute over controlling a liquor site.

The first witness, who works in the Sharjah Police Investigation Department, said that he investigated the accused, and confessed that he participated in a quarrel between two groups that contested a liquor site in Industrial Area 17, assaulted the victim, using a knife, and stabbed him two times, and he escaped with whom With him from the site of the quarrel, and after a few days, the investigation officers arrested him.

The second witness, who works in the Sharjah Police Investigation Department, stated that he participated in a team in the arrest of the accused, and interrogated him, as he confessed to selling alcohol with a group of people, indicating that the accused, according to his statements, participated in a fight with another group to control the place of sale, indicating The quarrel took place in a sandy area, where the victim attended the company of 10 others, and they all fled without him, after seeing the accused and his companions carrying knives, indicating that the accused confessed to making a stab in the stomach of the victim who wanted him dead, and he and his companions concealed the corpse in a sandy area in Industrial 10, confirming during Investigations that he threw the crime tool into the garbage.

Facing the court accused of the charges against him and his statements in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, he denied all of them, stressing that he was subjected to coercion during the investigations.

For its part, the Sharjah Criminal Court ordered the adjournment of the session to the date of April 6, and mandated the Public Prosecution to provide data of blood parents, to determine their requests in retribution or blood money.
