The Department of Education and Knowledge, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, adopted an initiative to issue temporary work permits for nursery employees during the suspension period, whereby nursery owners were able to loan their employees officially, during that period through “Tadbir” offices to parents, or other business entities, provided that The employee's salary and allocations shall be transferred, according to the loan agreement, to the authority or loaned person.

And the department explained, in a circular distributed to nurseries, Emirates Today obtained a copy of it, that the period of suspension of incubations is not specified, so the partial work permits service came as a temporary option to support nurseries and their employees.

The department identified three steps for nursery owners wishing to benefit from this initiative, which included counting the number of employees with their job titles and their salaries in the attached “employee inventory” file, re-sending the file after completing it to the department, and preparing a file for each employee who wishes to join the temporary work permit initiative, which includes each What was specified in the required data file, and waiting for a week until the “Tadbir” office designated to receive the applications, and providing them with the files of the employees wishing to benefit from the initiative, is determined.

And the department stated in the circular that the fees for the cost of issuing a partial work permit for each employee amount to 500 dirhams, and that joining the initiative does not mean transferring the guarantee, since issuing the permit does not need that, noting that the “Tadbir” offices bear the full salary of the employee during the period of the partial work , Subject to agreement with the centers, as well as the need to agree with the centers to return the employee at any time, when returning the incubations to work.
