The Education and Knowledge Department, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, adopted an initiative to issue temporary work permits for nursery employees during the suspension period, whereby nursery owners enabled formal loaning of their employees during that period through management offices to parents or other business entities, provided that the employee’s salary and allowances are transferred according to the loan contract Of the entity or loaned person.

The Department of Education and Knowledge explained in a circular distributed to nurseries, "Today the Emirates obtained a copy of it" that the period of suspension of incubations is not specified, so the partial work permits service was provided as a temporary option to support nurseries and workers in this period, and invited nursery owners and managers to benefit from issuing permits Part-time work for its employees until the nurseries return to work.

The department identified 3 steps for nursery owners wishing to benefit from this initiative, which included limiting the number of employees with their job titles and their salaries in the attached file (employee count) attached and re-sending the file after completing it to the department, and preparing a file for each employee wishing to join the temporary work permit initiative that includes everything that has been done Determining it in the required data file, and waiting a week for a period to determine the administration of the provision for receiving applications and providing them with the files of the employees who wish to benefit from the initiative.

In the circular, the Department indicated that the fees for the cost of issuing a partial work permit to each employee amount to 500 dirhams, and that joining the initiative does not mean transferring the guarantee, as issuing the permit does not need that, noting that the management offices carry the full salary of the employee during the period of the partial work subject to the agreement With the centers, besides the need to agree with the centers to return the employee at any time usually nurseries to work.

And whether the initiative includes all the jobs that exist in the nurseries such as the driver, supervisor, assistant supervisor and nurse, the department explained that the matter is subject to agreement with management centers.
