They were arrested on March 12 in Paris and Saint-Nazaire but the facts date back to November 16 in Nantes. On that day, degradations were committed in the margins of Act 53 of the "yellow vests". Two protesters, aged 18, are suspected of having committed significant damage representing a total loss of 50,000 euros, reports the national police.

They are accused of destroying the surveillance camera of the Banque de France, fires of garbage containers belonging to Nantes metropolis and of a Bicloo bicycle belonging to the company JCDecaux, the destruction of the barrier system of the NGE car park of the castle, the destruction of a Semitan bus shelter, as well as the deterioration of a road sign.

The suspects were identified by the exploitation of images of video surveillance and various photographs, indicates the police. Placed in police custody, they recognized the alleged facts declaring "to act for the adrenaline and to follow the blackblocks". They were brought on Friday for a court appearance in May.
