Kazakhstan will restrict entry and exit during the state of emergency

This is stated in the decree of the President of Kazakhstan.

“To establish restrictions on entry into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on exit from its territory by all means of transport ...” - quotes the TASS document.

The restrictions will not apply to personnel of the diplomatic service of Kazakhstan and other countries, as well as members of delegations of international organizations that are sent to the country at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Earlier, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev signed a decree on the introduction of a state of emergency in the republic from March 16.
