The Fujairah Misdemeanor Court ruled the expiry of a lawsuit against an Arab, accused of assaulting a person of his nationality, pouring an incendiary substance and threatening to burn him lighter, causing injuries throughout his body, in addition to insulting him with insulting words, after the victim made a concession and right, saying “ "I was seriously hurt by what the defendant did, but for God's sake I waive my right."

The victim continued, “While a verbal dispute arose between me and the accused, he pulled me and poured on me a burning object, hit my eyes, lit a lighter, and threatened me with burning.” However, the victim managed to escape, and rushed to the nearest hospital to assist him, pointing out that the waiver came at the request of parenthood.

By asking the defendant’s judiciary in a previous session about the charges against him, he said that a verbal quarrel occurred with the victim, calling him “the thief”, and he denied my accusation of pouring an incendiary substance and assaulting the integrity of his body by beating, indicating that he poured water on him, and it was not an incendiary substance Or flammable.
