The Fujairah Appeals Court heard the case of the killing of an Asian engineer at the hands of three workers who were working with him in Dibba Al-Fujairah, after they tried to steal the salaries of a number of workers who were at his home. The first instance court sentenced the defendants to life imprisonment.

The victim was working in an engineering contracting office, supervising the workers at the sites, and responsible for distributing their salaries, so three workers agreed to steal the salaries of the workers inside his house.

The first defendant was able to copy the key to the house, enter it with his colleagues, and stole the money, and upon their escape the engineer returned to the house early, and saw them steal the workers ’money, so he tried to stop them and arrest them, and the first accused hit him on the head with a sharp machine, which led to his death immediately, and fled. .

The authorities concerned investigated and arrested the second and third accused, but the first accused escaped outside the country.

The court decided to postpone the case to a ruling after completing the hearings.
