• Israel to vote for the third time in 12 months

March 02, 2020 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud would be ahead of Blue and White challenger Benny Gantz in early elections. According to the exit poll of public television, Likud would have 36 seats, against 33 of the rival.

With his allies, Netanyahu would have 60 seats out of 120.

The vote was characterized by a strong turnout: two hours after the polls closed, the shareholding had reached 65.5%. This is a higher result than the last two elections in 2019, both in September (63.7%) and April (61.3%).
