Session of UN Commission postponed due to non-issuance of US visa to Russian

It is noted that the proposal to postpone the session was made by the first deputy representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyansky, there was no objection to his proposal.

“I have a proposal: to postpone this organizational meeting to a later date, namely on April 6 or before,” he said.

It is specified that earlier in February the meeting was already postponed.

Earlier, Russia's deputy representative to the UN, Gennady Kuzmin, at a meeting of the Committee on Relations with the host country, said that the crisis of the issue of US visas to representatives of member states is growing.
