Five students at the Hind Bint Maktoum School of Basic Education designed a smart city that simulates future changes, reduces carbon emissions, smart problem solving, help in power generation and reduces water waste, as well as waste recycling, and called it the "sustainable city of Zayed".

The students, Aisha Al-Balushi, Hessa Al-Shadadi, Salama Al-Ali, Fatima Zaraei and Marwa Muhannad, explained that the city is green, eco-friendly buildings that are resistant to earthquakes, equipped with solar panels to convert solar energy into electricity.

And I add: «The project includes the use of heat-resistant building materials, in addition to reusing water by creating a special drainage network for laundries and bathtubs and linking them to a water purification plant, and re-using them in washing cars and fire stations, in addition to providing the doors with a safety system that works with voice and fingerprint And provide buildings with cameras to raise the level of safety, smoke sensors, and link them to the competent authorities ».

The students, during their participation in the National Championship of Artificial Intelligence and Robot organized by the Ministry of Education in Abu Dhabi, finally indicated that the city's design includes machines under the buildings used to collect plastic containers, and replace them with vouchers from stores, in addition to a robot that sorts waste to recycle, and robots to clean Streets, ablution water drainage network in mosques, and reuse in agriculture and restorations.

They pointed out that the city includes special paths for people of determination and a taxi service equipped for them, in addition to providing gardens and playgrounds with means to help them lead their lives in a natural way.
