On February 5, the Presnensky court of Moscow restricted the rights of the parents of a girl who has lived for five years in the Moscow Mother and Child PMC. As reported, the child will be handed over to guardianship authorities.
In January 2019, the center’s employees reported that for five years a girl had been living in a medical facility that her parents refused to take home, as they allegedly fear for her health, although, according to experts, the child is absolutely healthy.
