The notice will be implemented from the date of publication.

The details are as follows: 1. Strictly crack down on illegal hunting, hunting and killing of precious and endangered wild animals under state protection. 2. Strictly crack down on illegal hunting in accordance with the law, such as violating hunting regulations, using hunting tools, methods such as firearms, explosives, poisons, electric shocks, hunting clips, fire attacks, etc., in hunting areas, destroying wildlife resources. 3. Strictly crack down on illegal purchase, transportation and sale of wild animals and their products in accordance with the law. 4. Strictly crack down on acts that provide trading services for illegal sale and purchase of wild animals and their products, such as providing trading venues and advertising services. 5. Strictly crack down on eating wildlife. 6. Strictly crack down on the smuggling of precious animals and their products in accordance with the law. 7. Strictly crack down on the illegal disposal of wild animals and their products that need to be handled in accordance with the law due to epidemic prevention and quarantine.

The circular pointed out that if the above seven types of acts constitute crimes, criminal responsibilities shall be strictly investigated according to law; if they constitute violations of public security management, they shall be severely punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Public Security Management Punishment Law.
