He is suspected of extorting money from a cannabidiol trader, the legal cannabis says CBD. All disguised as a police officer, with professional card in hand and weapon on the belt.
The defendant would have taken it up several times in this shop in downtown Metz. A first to seize merchandise, allegedly to verify its compliance. Then, on January 23, he returned to the store and asked for money. “He tells me that he respected our arrangement by having the check canceled. He asked me for 300 euros as the price of immunity, ”says one of the two managers of the store to the regional daily, an employee of whom finally sold 50 euros.
