A well-oiled scam, or almost. A man was arrested Tuesday in Metz by the Departmental Security, reports Le Républicain Lorrain. He is suspected of extorting money from a cannabidiol trader, the legal cannabis says CBD. All disguised as a police officer, with professional card in hand and weapon on the belt.

The defendant would have taken it up several times in this shop in downtown Metz. A first to seize merchandise, allegedly to verify its compliance.
