“In August and September 2019, posters appeared in the Crimea and Moscow about the play“ My Dear ”, on which Leonov was portrayed, although in fact the artist had not taken part in the production by that time. Unreliable information about Leonov’s participation in this performance was also posted by the defendants, ”he said.
According to the lawyer of the actor, the lawsuit was filed with the services of Yandex. Poster ”(LLC Yandex.Mediaservice), KASSIR.RU (LLC KASSIR.RU) and Ponaminalu.ru (LLC Cultural Service).
“The image of the actor was used without his permission, and the entreprise audience received incorrect information about the cast,” Simonov emphasized.
He clarified that his client filed a lawsuit in the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow for compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 500 thousand rubles from each defendant.
The actor also intends to ensure that these services remove his images from posters of the specified performance.
The trial is scheduled for March 11.
