A criminal case has been instituted against the bribe giver, a citizen of China, and the bribe taker, deputy chief of the customs post at the Sheremetyevo Customs.
Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested U.S. citizen Gene Miron Spector, detained in a mediation case in a bribe, until April 19.
