The headquarters of the channel were raided and the owner and a company were accompanied by him, "the owner of a satellite channel and a resident of the Giza Pyramid, who was previously charged in 7 cases, the establishment of a satellite channel without a license, an imminent waste, and from the examination it was found that they created and managed two satellite channels.
By inspecting the headquarters of the two channels in their presence, they seized a central processing unit used in the work of montage, two laptops, 4 external storage units "hard disk", 3 professional cameras, audio amplifier and microphone, "two components of a complete sound studio without a license", and a receipt book Payment in the name of the association whose board is headed by the first accused, two office agendas written in terms of hypocrisy and sorcery, and a sum of 92345 pounds, the proceeds of the channel’s ads, the sale of anonymous products displayed on the channel’s screen, and a meeting for witchcraft and sorcery.
It was found that all computers are loaded with programs used to send the content of the satellite channels referred to via the Internet at broadcasting centers outside Egypt, as well as montage programs and programs to control the map of the programs that are broadcast and their presentation times.
It was found that a file in one of the computer programs contains books that are prohibited from circulating for the terrorist Brotherhood, as well as books for witchcraft and sorcery and ads with its mobile phone number.
The violations consisted of violating the new investment law, exploiting and displaying artistic works without authorization from the owners of material and moral rights, using montage devices without a license from the competent authorities, raising electronic content for online channels, and creating satellite channels outside the city of media production without permission.
