He pointed out that «some maids take advantage of the memory or illness of the person taking care of him and seize his money or possessions in fraudulent ways, but some of them may go to violence or negligence in hygiene and adherence to the dates of medications or intentional mistreatment, especially in the absence of supervision.

For his part, one of the Tadbir centers affirmed that the tests conducted for the auxiliary workers, including the maids, do not include psychological examination, or psychological and behavioral fitness.

He pointed out that "the auxiliary labor is subject to medical examinations in its original country before its arrival to the state, and other examinations, within the necessary procedures for residence", pointing out that the examinations that are conducted for labor in its home country differ from one country to another, and a hospital to another, so it is not sufficiently accurate.

Lawyer Mohamed Al-Ghafli said: “In the event that the maid was found to have a mental illness while working at the home of her sponsor, the responsibility rests with the office that brought her from her country, whether (a measure) or one of the recruitment agencies, and is to return the financial value recorded in the contract only, unless if "The office was aware that the maid had a mental illness."

He explained that «the law gives the sponsor the right to recover the amount that he paid to the office during the maid’s probationary period, in the event that she was not ineligible for health, psychological and professional work, but if it was found that the office was aware that the maid was suffering from a mental illness, or was previously suffering and was treated From him, the civil law applies to him. ”
