Elisabeth Tamm was one of the foremost figures in Swedish feminism and was born and raised on the estate Fogelsta in Julita. In 2018, the Fogelsta Cultural Association contacted the church cemetery manager in Katrineholmsbygden, Lars Ståhle, about the opportunity to pay attention to the grave.

- I raised the issue with the church council to make Elisabeth Tamm's grave a church cultural memorial grave, he says.

After a yes from the church council sent a letter to Sörmland's museum and finally to the county administrative board which has now said yes.

- A cultural grave means that it is protected by the Cultural Heritage Act and as soon as we do something about it, we must ask the county administrative board for permission so that it is properly protected, says Lars Ståhle.
