Two deaths of positive reaction to new Iranian virus February 20 1:57 on February 20
A senior Iranian health official told Twitter on Tuesday that two people had died after initial testing had confirmed positive reactions for the new coronavirus.
State media reports that they were older from Kom, a city in central Iran.
In Iran, no outbreak of the new coronavirus has been confirmed so far, and health officials will continue to check if the two people were infected.
