Currently, in the pre-trial detention center No. 3 of Moscow in this case, four defendants are detained - Ruslan Kostylenkov, Peter Karamzin, Vyacheslav Kryukov and Dmitry Poletaev. All of them do not admit guilt, but do not count on acquittal.

“I hope for the best that they will give after serving their sentences in jail - a year and 11 months,” Poletaev said.

In turn, Kryukov said that, in his opinion, the prosecutor would request no more than 6 years in prison.

“But I will prove my innocence in all courts, including international ones,” he said.

Ruslan Kostylenkov also suggested that the state prosecutor would require six years in prison for him.

Along with this, Peter Karamzin admitted that the prosecutor can request up to 10 years in prison. Karamzin also expressed his intention to fight for the acquittal to the end, including in international courts.

None of the four accused complains about the conditions of detention. Only Kryukov previously told members of the PMC about a case of ill-treatment in the escort courtroom and sent a statement to law enforcement agencies. The results of the verification are still unknown.

Earlier it was reported that during a meeting of the Lublin District Court of Moscow, Kostylenkov and Kryukov cut their hands with a razor blade.
