“These are only temporary measures, and as soon as the epidemic situation improves, the measures will be adjusted or even canceled,” the minister emphasized.
Earlier, the secretariat of the Russian deputy prime minister, Tatyana Golikova, said that from February 20, Russia will stop the entry of Chinese citizens who are sent to the country in order to carry out labor activities, for private, educational and tourist purposes.
It was noted that the restriction on entry will not affect passengers who are in transit through Russian airports.
