The two races usually start in Oxberg and walk around Lake Oxberg before the tracks enter the Vasalopps trail at Vasslan. Now the race is moved to the control in Evertsberg.
The two races will now be two kilometers shorter. 3,270 participants have registered for Vasaloppet 45 and 462 two-man teams have registered for Nattvasan.
- During the morning we sent an e-mail to all concerned where we announce the transfer of the starting place and provide all information about parking, buses for take-off and such. We believe that everyone has an understanding of our decision and it should not mean any major inconvenience, ”says Tommy Höglund in a press release.
