Alexandra de Taddeo, partner of the Russian artist Piotr Pavlenski who disseminated the fatal images for the candidacy to the municipal elections in Paris of Benjamin Griveaux, was indicted on Tuesday and placed under judicial control, we learned from sources concordant.
Ms. Taddeo, recipient of the sexual images of Benjamin Griveaux, was indicted for "invasion of privacy" and "distribution without the consent of the person of a recording of words or images of a sexual nature and obtained with her consent or by herself "in the judicial information opened the same day, indicated a judicial source.
"She is the recipient, she recognizes it without objection, it is she. She kept them, not to publish them on a website, she kept them to keep them," said her lawyer Noémie Saidi-Cottier who clarified that the young woman was placed under judicial control with prohibition to enter in contact with her companion, Mr. Pavlenski.
The latter described Ms. Taddeo as "extremely tired" and "a bit exhausted", after nearly 48 hours in police custody and an additional night at the Paris court depot, before being questioned by the investigating judge in charge of judicial information.
This explains, according to his lawyer, she did not "make any statements" to the judge on Tuesday, even if "she cooperated during police custody, all along, she gave the codes of her on the phone, she answered each question. "
Alexandra de Taddeo, who did not appear before the press on Tuesday, "will speak to the media when she feels brave," added her lawyer.
Piotr Pavlenski was also to be questioned on Tuesday by the investigating judge in this case.
He is the subject of other judicial information relating to violence committed with a gun on December 31, for which the prosecution announced that it had requested his detention on remand.
