The patient diagnosed with the coronavirus in Egypt is being cared for in isolation from the country's health department.
But unlike other countries with more well-developed health systems, according to Professor Björn Olsen, there is still a risk that the infectious disease can spread rapidly in the country.
- If it really gets attached there I think the control will be much much lower, he says in the Morning Study.
As the situation looks now, Olsen thinks it will take time to stop the virus.
- I think it will be at least a year before we see the end of this, maybe longer.
