Dr. Afaf Al Sharaf, from the Training and Development Center at the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, revealed during her participation in the exhibition, that there are efforts to agree with the Higher Colleges of Technology to appoint a number of first aid students who meet the conditions, at the Ministry, during their studies, pointing to giving the student A salary throughout the period of his studies, appointing him after graduation according to the available vacancies, and exempt him from fees incurred by him, if any.

She also revealed that the Ministry provided grants to 23 male and female students from citizens during the past year, within the “Masar” program, which aims to attract and care for high school graduates who are citizens of the country, pointing out that it is intended for students who wish to join the medical specializations chosen by the ministry, according to the needs of specialties Health, as the affiliate student deserves a monthly salary of 4000 dirhams during his affiliation with him, and the Ministry will sponsor his full study fees and appoint him to the graduation period in the health institutions affiliated with it, according to the available vacancies.

She added that the required specializations are: human medicine, pharmacy, nutrition and health information management.

In his turn, the Head of Human Resources Planning at the General Command of the Sharjah Police, Lt. Col. Dr. Saeed Hareb Al Mansouri, stated that the police sought, through their participation in the exhibition, to attract citizens and medical personnel, and to appoint them to the drug abusers and drug addicts rehabilitation center currently under development, noting that the police It seeks to provide the center with qualified medical staff from the citizens.

He explained that the available jobs are: a psychiatrist, a general practitioner, and a nurse.

Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and head of the Human Resources Department, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, said that the department has provided 835 job opportunities within the career coordination initiative with the banking sector, banks, insurance and aviation companies and some investment companies in the state, to fill the available jobs based on the requirements for filling jobs for 2019 Citizens in the private sector.

Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem stated that the Human Resources Department organized, last year, 95 job interviews in the private sector, including 25 interviews in banks, banks and exchange centers, and 70 interviews in companies and private institutions.
