Yesterday, the Abu Dhabi Appeals Court examined the case of a company accused of negligence and causing the death of a stunning worker during the charging of his phone, and the employment of a worker without her sponsorship, and decided to reserve the case for judgment in the 18th session of this month.

Details of the case are due to the death of an Asian (a fugitive from his sponsor) who was electrocuted inside a site under construction, while trying to charge his mobile phone from the electrical connections on the site. During the session, the site's director of security and safety confirmed that workers entered the site after the weekend and found a dumping person On the ground, next to him a phone and an electric charger, and by calling the concerned authorities, I came to the site, and it turned out that he was dead, as a result of being subjected to electric shock.

The accused denied that the victim was working for the company, attributing the reason for his knowledge of the site to the fact that he had previously worked on the site with a subcontracting company.
