  • Events: Afghans accused of raping three US sisters in Murcia will be sued for false accusation

Young Afghans accused of sexually assaulting three American sisters on New Year's Eve in Murcia have brought to the court a conversation with one of the girls in which she proposes to one of them to visit him at his apartment , which according to the lawyer confirms that it is a "false complaint."

The conversation occurred on January 1, after the alleged aggression , through Instagram.

Around 8:30 in the morning, one of the girls wrote a message to one of the defendants, in which she told him that she did not finally leave by bus that day (the defendants accompanied the sisters to the Murcia station ), but remained in the city, and asked if he could go to his apartment as well as his address .

For the lawyer of the accused, Melecio Castaño , that message is "one more proof that we are facing a false complaint" , so he has reiterated his request for "immediate cessation of precautionary measures" imposed on his defenders, who cannot leave Spain and must appear in court weekly, as well as file the case.

Castaño has insisted on the "delay" that is undergoing the processing of this case , originated in his opinion by the complainants themselves, who left Spain without ratifying their complaint in court and against the judgment of the instructor, who came to issue a European order to locate them on January 24, although a few days later a Murcia office took over his defense.

Finally, the lawyer of the accused has requested that we proceed to view "all messages, photographs, videos and audios" of the defendants' mobiles on December 31 and January 1, as well as the camera recordings of security of the pub where the abuses on the sisters and those of the bus station supposedly began to corroborate their version that all acts were consented.
