The prediction of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), collected by Servimedia, indicates that temperatures will rise in the peninsular west half and will be higher than normal for this time of year, especially in areas of the Cantabrian facade, the Pyrenees Western , the upper Ebro and the Canary Islands , where it is expected between 5 and 10 degrees more than usual.

The warmest capitals or autonomous cities will be Santa Cruz de Tenerife (27ºC), Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (25), Málaga (23), Alicante and Valencia (22), Bilbao and Murcia (21), and Girona , Melilla and Oviedo (20), while the environment will be cooler in Cuenca (12) and Burgos , León and Palencia (13).

On the other hand, this Friday it will rain weakly in the morning in the peninsular northwest and west of the Central System . Precipitation could extend in the afternoon to part of the Cantabrian , the North Plateau and the west of the South Plateau .

The rains may be locally strong or persistent in the surroundings of Rías Baixas ( Galicia ). In addition, gusts of strong wind are expected on the Galician coast .

In the Mediterranean area the sun will shine, as in the Canary Islands , and there will be morning mists in the western and northeastern peninsular areas.
